November 2016 to August 2025: Assistant\Associate Professor (Computer Science) at CECOS University of IT & Emerging Sciences, Peshawar, Pakistan.
BIOGRAPHY
A distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Computer Science with extensive international experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Currently serves as a Faculty Lecturer in Computer Science at Wenzhou-Kean University, China. Prior to this appointment, he held the positions of Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science at CECOS University of IT & Emerging Sciences, Pakistan. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences (ICMC), University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, and subsequently completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME), USP. Has
authored numerous publications in leading international journals and conference proceedings. Received several prestigious awards, and scholarships, including a fully funded PhD scholarship and Postdoctoral fellowship from Brazil, a Best Paper Award at the 15th Ad Hoc Now Conference, and the Best Head of Department Award at CECOS University.
RESEARCH INTEREST
My research is focusing on fog-assisted emergency response systems for smart cities. Research interests also include computer networks, vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), Internet of Things (IoT), fog and cloud computing, smart cities, and intelligent transportation systems.
