Biography

Yunlong Zhou is a professor of Wenzhou Institute in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Department of Biomedical Engineering in Wenzhou Medical University. His received his PhD degree from National Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2010). Then he worked in Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Michigan and Department of Nanomedicine, Houston Methodist Hospital as a postdoctoral researcher (2010 ˗ 2014). His research explores the self-assembly of inorganic nanoparticles, biointerface between nanomaterials and biomolecule, bio-related flexible devices. He has published over 30 papers in peer-reviewed international journals (such as Nature Communications, Journal of American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, ACS Nano). His work has been cited more than 2000 times.

  5. Exploring nanomaterials in the applications of biomedical fields including antimicrobials and tissue regeneration.
