Jianzhong Su Ph.D., Professor, Director of Institute of Biomedical Big Data, Wenzhou Medical University, PI at Wenzhou Institute in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Grants from the Outstanding Youth Fund of Zhejiang Province, National Natural Science General Project, National Natural Science Major Fund Sub-projects and other scientific research projects. PhD degree from the Department of Mathematics of Harbin Institute of Technology. Major in the research of genetic and epigenetic data mining of complex diseases, identification of molecular markers in liquid biopsy, single-cell big data mining and intelligent algorithms development. He has developed 10 computational algorithms and databases, and published >40 peer-reviewed papers (with a cumulative impact factor > 300), including 12 senior-author papers in international high-level journals such as Nature Genetics, Blood, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Nucleic Acids Research and PNAS. H index:23. Served as a fellow of Bioinformatics Society of Zhejiang Province, a committee member of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Tumor Marker Professional Committee, and a member of the CCF Bioinformatics Committee.
