Biography
- I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard in Belfort, France, and bring strong industrial experience as a Research and Development Engineer. Currently, I serve as a Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Wenzhou-Kean University in Wenzhou, China, where I also coordinated the Master’s program in Computer Information Systems from 2021 to 2024. My teaching spans courses in algorithms, artificial intelligence, and software engineering, and my research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Operations Research, and Blockchain technology, with recent publications in high-impact journals. Over the years, I have received recognition for academic contributions, including securing internal research grants and leading innovative projects in smart cities and urban emergency management. Beyond academia, I am passionate about fostering student growth through advising and research mentoring. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and exploring emerging technologies.

Research Interests
- My research focuses on the design and application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms to solve real-world challenges in smart cities, healthcare, and cybersecurity. I have a strong interest in integrating Operations Research techniques with AI to optimize complex systems, as well as leveraging Blockchain technology to ensure transparency, security, and trust in distributed environments. My recent work explores federated learning, explainable AI, and blockchain-based data management systems, with a goal of developing scalable and privacy-preserving solutions. I actively collaborate across disciplines to bridge theoretical research with practical, impactful applications.
