杨毅欣,南伊利诺伊大学分子生物学、微生物学和生物化学博士,美国癌症研究协会会员,浙江省生物信息学学会理事。曾担任堪萨斯州恩波里亚州立大学生物系正教授、研究生项目主管,美国肯恩大学研究生院代理院长兼学术副校长。现担任温州肯恩大学学术副校长,拥有丰富的管理与科研经验。在国际权威期刊上发表了29篇关于癌症、医药等领域的学术论文。获得国家自然科学基金、浙江省科技厅生物信息学国际科研合作中心、温州市应用生物医学和生物制药信息学重点实验室等14所科研机构资助并担任主要研究员。
Research interests (for tenure-track/tenured faculty and lecturers who are/were active in research and scholarly activities)
cocktail therapy combining heat shock protein inhibitors and autophagy inhibitors against melanoma; roles of antioxidants in melanoma growth and invasiveness and drug resistance to chemotherapy; the roles of microRNAs in human malignant melanoma and microRNA-based therapeutics against melanoma; the pharmacological effects of phytochemicals on human malignant melanoma; the differential response of P53 network at different oncogenic mutation context; utilization of CRISPR-dCas9 system to regulate miRNA expressions.
