Dr. Qixia (Ted) Zhang received his Ph.D. in Computer System Architecture (2021) and B.Eng. in Computer Science and Technology (2016), both from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. He has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Arctic University of Norway (2022–2026) and a Guest Researcher at the University of Oslo (2023–2025). His research interests span computer communication and networking, cloud/edge computing, distributed systems, IoT, AI/ML, and green computing. Dr. Zhang has published multiple publications in high-level CS venues, including IEEE/ACM TON, IEEE TMC, ACM Computing Surveys, INFOCOM, ICDCS, IWQoS, VTC, CCNC, and WCNC. He received the Best Paper Award at IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2019.
